Wanaka Library visit

Wanaka Library visit

library visitIt was a beautiful afternoon when we walked all the way from AB’s to the Wanaka Library, paying careful attention to look out for one another and keep in our groups so we all stayed safe.

When we arrived, we all remembered that a library is a quiet place and we as we made our way down to the children’s area. Susan the librarian kindly read us some books and we also played some action games. After listening to the stories, we went outside for some fresh air and afternoon kai.

Everyone had listened so well, remembering to pay attention and use quiet voices, so some fresh air and a bit of a run around was a great way to end the library visit.

It was great to be out and about in our community as a group,
A big thank you to our family helpers, to Susan and to the library for having us for a wonderful afternoon.
