Farewell Tash, welcome Sarah & Sally

Farewell Tash, welcome Sarah & Sally

Farewell tashTash is leaving at the end of this week to move to Milford Sound to live with her husband.  We wish Tash all the very best and thank-you Tash for all your hard work and commitment to Aspiring Beginning’s over the past two years. Sarah Lester recently completed her practicum with us and we are delighted that she will be joining the Kaho team permanently after the holiday break.

Jules is also finishing her long term relieving with us this week as she leaves to prepare for motherhood a third time. Sally Guest is joining the Tipu team, bringing her occupational therapy experience and passion for ECE.  Next year Sally hopes to be studying towards becoming an Early Childhood Teacher.

As you are aware, Jen will be going on maternity leave next month and the committee are in the process of interviewing for her replacement.  We wish Jen & Jules well for the arrival of their babies.

Elizabeth is also away soon on an OE adventure from the 20th May until mid August. Have a great time and we look forward to receiving the holiday photos.

Whanāu Breakfast

appleA great opportunity to meet our new team members and farewell Jen & Elizabeth would be to come along to our Whanau Breakfast on Wednesday 8th of May.  Anytime from 8.00am through till 9.30am.  We would appreciate a small contribution of tinned fruit for our pantry. Preferably in natural juice.

This would also be a great time to have a chat to Jen if you thought you may still like to be part of our committee. It’s not too late…

Happy holidays next week…
