Summer is coming and it is time to start thinking about sun protection.
Beginning this week, we will start to apply sunscreen to all the children after lunch using “Skin Alive” sunscreen.

nscreen (www.skinalive.co.nz) is locally made and has been designed specifically to give protection for up to 2 hours, even in water.
SPF 30+, non greasy & sweat resistant.
Active Ingredients: Ben Zophenone³, Titanium dioxide, Octyl Methoxycinnamate,
Manuka Honey. Contains: Aloe Vera
If you would prefer to supply your own sunscreen, please inform the office & teachers, so we can update our records for the summer.
From now, families need to encourage their tamariki to wear sunsmart clothing and pack a wide brimmed hat. (Not a CAP)
It is your choice when you want to start applying sunscreen in the morning.
