General Information

All new families are encouraged to attend 1-2 mornings together to strengthen relationships with the teachers and other tamariki. This also creates an opportunity to become familiar with our learning environment and complete the enrolment paperwork. If not already received, we also require a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunisation records. Click here to find out what else your child will need each day they attend.

Enrolment Agreement– The enrolment agreement provides information required by our centre to meet the Ministry of Education funding and licensing requirements. It is important to also provide an ‘identity verification document such as a birth certificate or passport to verify the legal name of your child.  Please also remember to bring along the latest immunisation records.

Cybersafety Agreement –  Cybersafety is all about the safe and responsible use of ICT. The use agreement contains guidelines covering the appropriate use of ICT equipment including our Educa program. Parents/caregivers are required to complete the agreement to ensure they understand our Cybersafety policy.

Routine record for younger children – this is discussed and completed at the first visit with a teacher. We want to make sure we know as much as possible about your child to support your child’s regular home routine. Please also familiarise yourself with our supervision of sleeping children policy.

Vision & Hearing consent request (A component of the B4 School Checks for 4 year olds) – This is a national screening programme offered by Public Health South for distance vision, Audiometry (hearing) and Tympanometry (Glue Ear).
